Full-Stack Digital Marketer for B2B SaaS

We are seeking a resourceful, scrappy, and driven Full-Stack Digital Marketer to lead and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives for our growing B2B SaaS company. In this role, you’ll have the responsibility of managing and executing on a variety of marketing projects, from lead generation campaigns to creating video content, while working closely with marketing and sales teams.
You will be supported by a solid RevOps team, strong marketing leadership and product marketing.
You should be ready to move quickly between different types of projects, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for data-driven decisions. If you are versatile and have a hands-on approach, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:
Campaign Planning, Execution & Demand Generation
- Supported by the VP Marketing, develop and execute marketing strategies that drive demand, generate qualified leads, and contribute to overall growth.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SEO, paid search, social media, webinars, etc.) tailored to B2B SaaS buyers.
- Collaborate with RevOps and sales to ensure alignment between marketing-generated leads and sales.
Content Creation & Social Media

- Create compelling content like blog posts, eBooks/eguides, and snackable content for social media, driving awareness and engagement.
- Create and edit video content for use in marketing campaigns, social media, and website assets.
- Develop short-form, "snackable" content that resonates with busy B2B audiences and drives engagement across platforms. Even pioneer social media channels
- Use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, increasing organic traffic and rankings.
- Create landing pages, social media posts and email campaigns in HubSpot.
- Manage performance campaigns across platforms and marketing agencies to reach decision-makers and increase brand visibility.
- Manage social media channels, post content, engage with the audience, and grow our community presence.
Analytics & Optimization
- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize marketing efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, email campaigns, and ads to improve conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize the sales and marketing funnel to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize key touchpoints, from website interactions to campaign touchpoints.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack marketing, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot for marketing automation and Salesforce for CRM.
- Demonstrated success in creating and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across email, SEO, paid ads, and social media.
- Solid content creation skills, with experience producing both long-form and short-form content.
- Video editing experience and the ability to create engaging snackable content is a plus.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and experience with A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to pivot quickly between projects and be resourceful and scrappy in overcoming challenges.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings.
- Grit, tenacity, and a proactive attitude in driving marketing initiatives to success.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with webinar production and management.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual assets.
